The project at a glance
McPhee Creek is a new MGM Bulk haulage and mining operation, commencing in March 2026.
The site is located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, approximately 80 kilometres south of Marble Bar and around 300 kilometres east of Port Hedland.
Throughout the ramp up, the project will include 46 brand new, purpose built ultra quad road trains, supported by a fleet of brand new Caterpillar 988 and 982 wheel loaders, Service trucks, and light vehicles
On site infrastructure includes a newly constructed workshop and administration facility, a drive through truck wash, and a dedicated operational and maintenance support team to keep everything moving efficiently.
Golden Eagle Camp will support the workforce as staffing levels increase by more than 200 additional team members as the project ramps up.
This is a FIFO operation with multiple roster options available.
Flights will be provided from all major capital cities across Australia,
with the workforce flown directly into site.
Once you step on the plane, everything is covered.
Flights, accommodation, meals and PPE are provided.

MGM Bulk is launching a major new Run of Mine (ROM) haulage operation at McPhee Creek in 2026, and we’re seeking experienced MC Operators to join our founding crew. This is your opportunity to step into a new venture with new trucks and a team culture built the right way from the very beginning.
The McPhee Creek Iron Ore Project is located near Nullagine in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, approximately 230 km north of Newman and 80 km south of Marble Bar. The region experiences a climate of hot summers and mild winters, with generally low and variable annual rainfall. Haulage operations involve transporting iron ore along a brand new, fully sealed road from the McPhee Creek site to the Roy Hill mine.

This position is ex-Perth on a 2:1 roster. Candidates must be available to work both day and night shift.
Tyre Fitter

HSEC Advisor
We are seeking an experienced HSEC Advisor to support our transport operations at the McPhee Creek Project. This FIFO role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, site-based environment and enjoys being hands-on, accountable and part of a close-knit project team. This is a long-term opportunity on a major project, with a strong focus on safety leadership across transport, logistics, and site-based operations.
Working closely with operations personnel, drivers, supervisors, and key project stakeholders, you will play a critical role in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient transport activities while actively fostering a positive HSEC culture.
This role suits a dynamic HSEC professional with 3–5 years’ experience in a similar position who is looking to further develop their career with a business that continues to grow from strength to strength.
Supported by the HSEC Superintendent, you will be responsible for implementing company and client-specific HSEC initiatives and driving compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Compliance policies and procedures across the branch.
Haulage Supervisor

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day fleet operations, supporting maintenance activities, and ensuring the site fleet operates safely, efficiently, and in line with MGM standards.
Success in this role means clear ownership, strong teamwork, and helping establish “how we do things” at McPhee Creek.
Production Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to support operations at the McPhee Creek Project. This FIFO role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, site-based environment and enjoys being hands-on, accountable and part of a close-knit project team.
Reporting to the Site Manager, this role provides frontline operational leadership to loader operators and site-based personnel, ensures the safe and efficient loading of MGM Bulk haulage fleets, and acts as the daily operational interface between MGM Bulk and Hancock Iron Ore (HIO) at the McPhee Creek Project.
Fleet Scheduler
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Scheduler to support operations at the McPhee Creek Project. This FIFO role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, site-based environment and enjoys being hands-on, accountable and part of a close-knit project team.

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, the Maintenance Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth administrative operation of the workshop. You will provide comprehensive support across maintenance records, scheduling, compliance documentation, and parts administration to help keep the fleet running safely and efficiently.
